CEO ------ Dr. Liao Chun-sheng The doctor of Peking University Chemistry School, Liao Chun Sheng is the president assistant of Peking University Founder Group now. He is engaged in the rare earth separation theory and application research. Aiming at the international problems of heavy rare earth solvent extraction and anti-extraction because of the unsoundness of the design theory, he extended the extraction separation in series system from constant blended extraction ratio system to variable blended extraction ratio system, therefore resolved the heavy rare earth separation process and design problem. At the same time, in virtue of the inter-transfer catalyze principle, he resolved the anti-extraction difficult in the high purity heavy rare earth production, accordingly he designed and carried out the solvent extraction producing process of high purity heavy rare earth. Hasn¡¯t been reported by others at home or abroad, the process has remarkable advantage and innovation. Furthermore as a primary participant, he has achieved many key technical reconstructions of rare earth process, generalized many key technologies, which are very important to the national rare earth industry development. In recent years, he has released more than 70 periodical dissertations (more than 40 pieces embodied by SCI, more than 20 pieces embodied by EI), has 7 patents, has registered 2 software copyrights, has been awarded the first-class and the second-class prize of the State Education Council Technology Advancement Awards, the second-class prize of the State Technology Advancement Awards, ¡°Excellent Youth Teacher¡¯s R&D Prize¡± by Huo Ying-dong Fund, the ¡°Youth Expert with Prominent Contribution to the Country¡±. Now he is focusing on optimizing rare earth separation technics process, decomposing and separation of rare earth mine in Mianning, Sichuan, physical performance control on rare earth oxides, research and manufacture of rare earth function material. Dr. Liao not only has profound technical background but also has practical managing experiences on rare earth factory, especially has the original ability to resolve technology application. As CEO of Founder New Materials, Dr. Liao is playing an important role in the company¡¯s managing, technology exploitation and technology service.
